Physiotherapy

Pelvic Floor physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy involving internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles.
Treatment involves rehabilitation of muscles in the pelvic floor after injury or dysfunction. These muscles are located between the hip bones and sacrum, they serve as bowl to support the pelvic organs including the bladder, colon and uterus.

Cassidy holds dual master’s degrees from Dalhousie University and is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. She works with all types of conditions, but her main focus is orthopaedic and pelvic health. She enjoys helping patients navigate pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, bowel health, symptoms of menopause, and lower back and hip dysfunction.

Her treatment style blends education, hands-on care, and exercise, with a big focus on helping people feel more confident in the gym, studio, and in daily life. Cassidy believes physiotherapy should be fun, empowering, and tailored to your lifestyle. You will leave each session with the tools to reach your goals, helping move you towards what matters most.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Cassidy lifting heavy weights as an Olympic-style weightlifter, testing new recipes in the kitchen, knitting, or enjoying time with friends and family.
